ARV 3.0 Release

ARV 3.0 is a significant upgrade over ARV 2.091 and is now ready for release.  ARV 3.0 is compatible with Windows 11, moves to USB communication with the Y501 viscometer, and is compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Audit Trail specifications.  There are also dozens of additional improvements regarding interface design, new functions, and stability of communication with DSV system peripherals.  We are very excited to offer this new software solution, as we know that many customers are migrating to Windows 11 now.
