​Small Volume Wet Sample Dispersion Unit

​The Linkoptik technical team is well versed in the mechanisms of particle dispersion and its importance in the particle size measurement process. The Hydrolink Wet and Aerolink Dry Sample Dispersion Units have been intelligently developed for optimal delivery of dispersing energies to achieve uniform and comprehensive dispersion of a wide variety of samples with different densities and size distributions, from regular to irregular, or fragile to agglomerated.

Hydrolink SV Small Volume Wet Sample Dispersion Unit

The Hydrolink SV has a freestanding 40 mL to 120 mL stainless steel tank for the dispersion of particles in aqueous or non-aqueous medium.

Control of the circulating pump and stirrer is performed via software, or via a panel which controls and displays pump/stirrer speed.

​Filling and draining are manual operations. 
> Minimum sample volume of 40 mL
> Stainless steel design
> Chemically compatible with a wide variety of organic and inorganic dispersants
> Built-in ultrasonic unit is optional
> Controlled by SOP or circulation and stirring keys
